Hello. I wanted to ask if a computer virus can somehow block my antivirus (Avast) just in case I download something suspicious and Avast doesn’t block it. So what I mean is when I accidentally download a virus and execute it and Avast does not block it will I still be able to see that I have a virus or can it somehow block Avast to not show up that the virus is there.
