appreciate if someone can check if this apk file is safe

It was an apk file from a website called pgsharp, my galaxy phone warned me that the file could harm my device.. I used it for 2 days but out of guilt I deleted the apk app.

My phones antivirus doesn’t detect anything, I assume just because I deleted it it doesn’t mean I’m safe?

I have crypto wallets etc stored which is why I’m paranoid. Is anyone here good at seeing if files are safe? Would appreciate if you guys could inspect it.. thank you. (Pgsharp.com)

In worst case I need to get a new phone because I heard malwares and keyloggers can still remain even after hardware reset :-/
